You’ll Need:

• Burger buns or bread (Use buns or if you don’t have those make it a breakfast on a toast)
• Jimmy dean hot sausage (if you’re not using this already idk what to say…)
• Your favorite sliced cheese
• 1-2 eggs depending on portion size (I used 2, it was too much for me but I powered through it)

🥓 Cutting the sausage patty is easier when the meat is still cold. Cook meat once it’s at room temp. or defrost it.

🥚 How to make the egg round to fit the sandwich? Use a mini egg pan, an egg ring, or crack open the egg in a small pan with heat on low only moving it to flip once

🍞 butter the buns and toast in a frying pan medium heat for the perfect crisp
